By creating an account or using Quotify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Quotify is a cloud-based quoting platform designed for contractors and small business owners. Features include quote creation, PDF export, client management, and email delivery. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Free Plan: Allows a maximum of 3 quotes. No credit card required.
Pro Plan: €49 per month. Grants unlimited quotes, PDF export with logo, and priority support. Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. In case of failed payment we will notify you and attempt to retry before suspending access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

All software, design, and content within Quotify remains the intellectual property of Quotify. You retain full ownership of the content you create (quotes, client data, company information).
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at quotify.site/privacy. By using the Service you agree to that policy.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
