Quotify is a cloud-based quoting platform built for independent contractors — electricians, painters, plumbers, and more. It lets you create professional quotes, calculate VAT automatically, export to PDF, and send directly to clients by email.
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. You can create up to 3 quotes completely free. Only when you upgrade to the Pro plan (€49/month) will you be asked for payment details.
After logging in, go to the Dashboard and click "New Quote". Fill in your client's name and email, add a project description, and add line items with quantity and unit price. Quotify automatically calculates the 21% VAT and total. Hit "Save" or send it directly.
Most users are up and running in under 5 minutes. Fill in your company details in Settings (name, logo, VAT number, bank account), and you're ready to send your first quote.
Yes. Quotify works on any device with a browser — desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The layout adapts automatically to your screen size.
Quotes
Quotify automatically applies a 21% VAT rate to all line items. The subtotal, VAT amount, and total (including VAT) are all shown clearly on the quote and in the exported PDF.
Yes. You can always edit a quote by opening it from your Dashboard. If you've already sent it, we recommend sending a revised copy to your client so they have the latest version.
Quotes can have four statuses: Draft (not yet sent), Sent (delivered to client), Accepted (client agreed), and Declined (client passed). You can manually update the status from the Dashboard.
No. You can add as many line items as you need to a single quote — there is no limit on Free or Pro plans.
Yes. Open any existing quote and use the "Duplicate" option to create a copy you can then edit for a new client or project.
The Free plan allows a maximum of 3 quotes in total. Once you reach this limit, you'll need to upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited quotes.
PDF & Email
Open any quote and click "Export PDF". The PDF will include your company logo, name, VAT number, bank details, client information, all line items, and the VAT breakdown.
Go to Settings → Company Profile and upload your logo. It will automatically appear on all PDFs you export. Logo upload is available on the Pro plan.
From any open quote, click "Send by Email". Quotify will send the quote as a PDF attachment to your client's email address using your configured email signature.
Yes. Go to Settings → Email Signature and write your custom closing text. It will be added to the bottom of every quote email you send.
No. Emails are sent through Quotify's own mail system. The sender name shown to your client will be your company name.
Client Management
Go to the Clients page from the sidebar and click "Add Client". Fill in the name, email, address, and any notes. Saved clients can be selected quickly when creating a new quote.
Yes. Open any client's profile to see all quotes associated with them, including status and total value.
Yes. From the Clients page, click on any client to edit their details or use the delete button to remove them. Deleting a client does not delete their associated quotes.
Billing & Subscription
The Pro plan (€49/month) includes: unlimited quotes, PDF export with your own logo, email delivery, client management, status tracking, custom email signature, and priority support.
From the Dashboard, click "Upgrade to Pro" or go to Settings → Subscription. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details.
Yes, at any time. Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing month. We do not offer partial refunds.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. iDEAL (Netherlands) and SEPA Direct Debit may also be available.
Yes. Stripe automatically sends a payment receipt to your registered email after each monthly charge. VAT-compliant invoices are available on request via support@quotify.site.
Your existing quotes are preserved. However, you will not be able to create new quotes once you have exceeded the 3-quote Free plan limit.
Settings & Account
Go to Settings → Company Profile. Here you can enter your company name, logo, VAT number, and bank account number. These details appear on all exported PDFs.
Go to Settings → Account → Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@quotify.site with the subject "Account Deletion". We will process your request within 5 business days.
Security & Privacy
Yes. All data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) and stored encrypted at rest. We follow industry best practices for security. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Only you (and your team members, if you invite them). Quotify staff do not access your business data except when strictly necessary for support purposes, and only with your permission.
Yes. We are GDPR-compliant. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@quotify.site.
